A Search That Began with Uncertainty

People sometimes ask why a homemaker would study AI or publish online. For me, it was never simply a pastime. As I reached my mid-fifties, I began thinking seriously about how I wanted to live in an era when a lifetime may span 100 years.

My sons were becoming more independent, while the possibility of caring for aging parents—and the uncertainties of living abroad—remained on my mind. With a little more time available, I felt increasingly compelled to build something for my own future.

I had explored in-person aromatherapy classes, Udemy video courses, YouTube, and many other projects, but had not yet found the form that felt right.

Discovering AI—and Wider Possibilities

Then I encountered generative AI. Just as search engines became part of everyday life, I felt AI would do the same. Even without a technical background, I wanted to learn early enough to participate confidently in the future and keep up with the world my children would inherit.

AI made research and idea development dramatically smoother. It helped me see how my experience, wellness knowledge, and bicultural life could become useful content. That realization led me to Kindle publishing and writing on note.

A New Way of Living, Found Through Curiosity

Creating e-books, journals, planners, and paperbacks with AI has become work I genuinely love. My note articles are reaching more readers, and each project gives me a clearer sense of direction.

This is more than a side business. It is my ongoing experiment in building a rich, self-directed life after 50. I hope my books and ideas bring a little more ease, curiosity, or possibility to your own days.

Generative AI Meets Personal Expression

Generative AI is a creative partner throughout my work. I use tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude Code, Antigravity, and Obsidian—from early brainstorming and outlining to illustration, design, and revision.

This process helps me transform the perspective of a homemaker, wellness educator, and bicultural resident into polished digital content. The result spans e-books, practical paperbacks, and journal series that invite people to make everyday life more intentional.
